ABOUT

Dear friend, I welcome you with an open heart!

I wish you peace, good health, and abundant life.

On this page, I will share my story, the story of MR.VOLO.

My name is Volodymyr.

I am named after my Grandfather, Volodymyr Semerenko, who was the best grandfather and father. He was a great example who deserves respect from family, friends, colleagues, and thousands of students. He was a professor, and his passion for learning about this beautiful world and planet sparked my love for learning. I’m proud to carry his name. But what does the name mean?

The name Volodymyr is a common Ukrainian name that has deep Slavic roots. It derives from:

  • Volod- – meaning rule, power;
  • -y-myr – meaning peace or world.

Yes, very symbolically, that “myr” reflects an ancient Slavic worldview where a peaceful society was seen as the ideal state of the world.

One of the most famous bearers of the name was Volodymyr the Great, the Grand Prince of Kyiv (980 – 1015), who Christianized Kyivan Rus’ in 988. He is revered as Saint Volodymyr in Ukrainian and Eastern Orthodox traditions.

How about Vladimir? The name Vladimir is the Russianized version, though in Ukraine, the authentic form remains Volodymyr, emphasizing its distinct national and historical identity.

Born in Ukraine

I was born in Ukraine, where I lived for 23 years, which allowed me to deeply understand the culture, values, and people there.

I earned a Master’s degree in History and Law Education and was awarded a scholarship (9 semesters from 10). History has always been something that I have been passionate about and curious to learn from the past.

I learned that the history of Ukraine is full of resilience, struggle, and an enduring fight for sovereignty and independence. It’s like you play a game on a “Hard” level. Sometimes, “Very Hard.”

Made in America

In 2015, my journey led me to the United States, a nation that stands as a symbol of democracy, opportunity, and hope. I aspired that my political vision of the world would be recognized, supported, and understood there.

America inspired me and made me. I learned what it means to live in a diversity. I learned how many other nations and races exist. I learned that they can live together, they can live in peace. I learned work ethic, how to be open-minded, and how to think out of the box. This experience has shown me a new view of the world. It showed me how you can be born and grow in one environment and become someone in an absolutely different one.

Life is beautiful. You can live, love, and get married. This is what happened to me. I met my soulmate. We fell in love and married in Las Vegas. And the fun part – she is a Russian citizen.

Actually, her relatives were moved from Ukraine to Siberia during the Soviet Union time, and she has Ukrainian roots.

Wisdom from Three Worlds

Living far away from Ukraine, in the United States, being married to a Russian woman has changed the way I see life and the way I live. Because I deeply understand who Ukrainians, Americans, and Russians are, I can analyze and see the picture from three absolutely different sides. This gives me the power to see beyond biases and understand other perspectives.

It allows me to analyze conflicts with nuance, appreciate identity complexities, and recognize shared values and deep-rooted differences. With the experience I have received, I can approach situations with clarity, empathy, and a broader worldview.

It also gives me a unique ability to connect with people from different backgrounds and find common ground where others see only division. This perspective is helping me navigate life with wisdom, resilience, and a deeper appreciation for truth.

There Is Something More

Being open-minded and curious about this world didn’t let me stop questioning everything I see, hear, and feel. After years working in digital marketing, being a person who love traveling and discovering new things, I invested hours researching and learning history, philosophy, and personal development – I’ve built a strong vision and I’ve got findings to share with all you.

A Vision for Peace and Harmony

My biggest dream is to have peace in our home, on our beautiful planet Earth.

Abundant and full of life, She deserves the best habitats that will prosper and protect Her.
